Delivery & returns
The average arrival time is 1-2 weeks. However due to high demand please allow up to 4 weeks but is mainly dependent on your location. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped
Should your order takes longer than 4 weeks to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 31 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items. During peak holiday seasons, this refund period is extended to 45 working days.
All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Please send us an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you'd like a refund.
Please retain the original delivery packaging, padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.
If your refund is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
If you would prefer exchanging your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you within 5 working days after receiving the return item. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss options.
We recommend that returning the goods in an appropriate package, using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
Sale items are not available for refund.
